穆军,男,1971年生,中共党员,博士,教授(二级),博士/硕士生导师,现任海南热带海洋学院党委常委、副校长,协管教育教学工作,兼任生态环境学院院长。海南省领军人才。历任中国生物化学与分子生物学会海洋生物化学与分子生物学分会副理事长、中国微生物学会海洋微生物专业委员会副主任委员、中国环境科学学会特邀理事等。曾获辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次、辽宁省高校优秀人才支持计划入选者、大连市优秀专家、大连市十大青年科技标兵等。 


主要教育及留学经历: 

2001年获同济大学环境工程工学博士学位,2003年第二军医大学(海军军医大学)生物学博士后出站。曾赴美国马里兰大学海洋与环境研究所、美国俄勒冈卫生科学大学、英国牛津大学公派留学访问。 


教学工作:近年来先后承担了《海洋微生物学》、《环境工程微生物学》、《环境工程微生物学实验》、《环境微生物学》等研究生和本科生课程的教学工作。 


科研工作:海洋环境生态领域,重点为海洋微生物资源开发利用、海洋环境污染的生态修复技术等。主持完成国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目课题,国家自然科学基金课题、国家教育部科学技术研究项目以及其它省部市级项目多项。共发表科研论文90余篇,获授权中国发明专利20余项,获辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖、大连市技术发明奖等奖项。
