刘敏，女，1982年9月，博士，副研究员。2019年获海南省委人才工作委员会认定“南海名家”称号（青年项目），入选海南省“拔尖人才”计划。

科研工作（成果）：（总体介绍）主要研究方向为海洋微生物生态与资源利用。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，海南省自然科学基金项目1项，海南热带海洋学院高层人人才项目1项，作为骨干参与国家及省部级项目9项；发表学术论文47篇（第一作者和通讯作者共17篇）；获省部级科技奖3项。
